Ten and No/100 Dollars (S10.00) and other good and valuable con-
siderations, the receipt and sufficiency of which are hereby
acknowledged, BGG does hereby acknowledge full performance, pay-
ment and satisfaction of said Operating Agreement, Agency Agreement
and Agreement of Sale by Roberts, and Roberts and BGG do hereby
declare said Operating Agreement, Agency Agreement and Agreement
of Sale to be cancelled. BGG does hereby acknowledge and certify
that there are no monies or other obligations due to it by
Roberts under said Agreements.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, BGG has caused these gresents to be
executed in its name, and its corporate seal to be hereunto affixed,
by its proper officers thereunto duly authorized, and Roberts has
caused these presents to be executed, the day and year first
