by municipal ordinance, were erroneously assessed separate and
apart fraan the adjoiaing property to which the alleys attached

durinq the sales of 1968, 1969 and 1970; a li~t of the County tax
certificates erroneously issued are attached hereto and by ref-
erence made a part hereof.
