THIS CAUSB came on to be heard on the sworn Petition
of BERTHA C. Qi0~I0NT, Administratrix, C.T.A. of the Estate of JACOB
CHO~iONT, Deceased, for leave to sell the estate's beneficial interest
in Trust No. T-65 and to execute a deed of conveyance~to H. S. -
MUSSII.WHITE, JR. or his assigns, affecting property held in trust
by the First National Bank of Hollywood, of which trust the Estate
of JACOB CH~iONT, Deceased, owns a 9.375x beneficial interest, and
it appearing to the court that it is necessary and in the best in-
~ terests of said estate that said~Administratrix, C.T.A. execute said

~ deed of conveyance, it is thereupon, by the court ~
