THIS INDENTURE, executed this 20th day of Riay, 19? 1, between ~
RANDOLPH H. THOMPSON and WILLIAM DAVIDSON STARK, III, as
Co-executors of the Estate of Evelyn McCarty Stark Thompson, deceased,
and RANDpLPH H. THOMPSON, a single person and widower of Evelyn
McCarty Stark Thompson, deceased, parties of the first part, and JAMES k
PALLADINO and R06E S. PALLADINO, his wife, parties of the second part,
whose address is:
WITNESSETH:
WHEREAS, Evelyn McCarty Stark Thompson died seized and possessed
of the property described below, and
WHEREAS, by the terms of Article II of the will of said decedent dated
March 24, 1970, which will was d~aly admitted to probate in the County Judges'
Court of Duval County, Florida, said decedent specifically devised to Randolph
H. Thompson, all of her real property located at Ft. Pierce Beach, Florida, t
in Tropical Beach Subdivision, and
WHEREAS, Randolph H, Thompson and William Davidson Stark, III
are the Co-executors of the Estate of the above-named decedent, having been
duly appointed as such by a Caunty Judge of the County Judges' Court of Duval
Couniy, Florida, and by the terms of Article XI of the aforesaid will of such
decedent, are granted a power to sell all of said decedent's real estate at public
or private sale without application to or order of any court, and it ie the desire
of first parties to sell the property described below to second parties,
NOW, THEI~EFORE, in consideration of the premises and the sum of f
Ten Dollars ($10. 00) and other goad and valuable consideration, receipt of '
which is acknowledged, Randolph H. Thompson and William Davidson Stark,
III, as Co-executors of the Estate of Evelyn McCarty Stark Thompson, dec-
eased, and R,andolph H. Thompson, individually, parties of the first part, do
grant, bargain, sell and convey to the second parties, their heirs and assigns
forever, the real property in St. Lucie County, Florida, described as:
Lots 1, 2 and 3, Block 4, TROPICAL BEACH BLOCKS
3 and 4, a Subdivision according to the plat thereof as
recorded in Plat Book 10, Page 9, Public Records of ~
St. Lucie County, Florida. ~ '1~'

TOGETHER with all and singular the tenements, hereditaments and ;
appurtenances belonging or in anywise appertaining to that real property.

TO HAVE AND TO HOLD, to the parties of the second part, their heirs ~
and assigns, in fee simple forever. ~
