I give, deviae and bequeath to him my hou~e in St. Augustine, Florida, at
3'I~emerton Street and all of its furnishings, all of my personal automobiles,
together with all insurance vn euch automobiles, all of my real property
located at Fort Pierce Beach, Florida, in T~opical Beach Subdivision, and
the sum of Ten Thousand Dollars (~10, 000. 00). .
