for the oonstruction, operation and mair~tenanoe of elec~tric utility facilities lincluding wires, poles„ guys„ cables,
conduits and appurtenant equipmen~ to be installed from time to time; with the right to reconstnict, improve, add
to, change the size of or ~emo+re such facilities o~ any of them; Lo pem~it the attachment of oonduits, wires or
cables of any other Company or person; also, to cu~, trim and keep clear all vees, brush a~d urxle~growth or other
obstructions that mi~t endanger or interfere with said facilities, on, over, upon, under, and across my/our pro-
perty described as folbws:
An easement, the north line of which is forty-five (45) feet
northerly of and parallel to the centerline of State Road 68
; (Orange Avenue Extension), and the south line being the same as the -
k north right-of-Way line of State Road 68; said easement running
