for the oo~utruction, operation and maiMenance of electric utility facilities lincluding wires, pole~ guysr cables.
oonduits and appurtenant equipmentl to be instailed from time to time; with the right to reco~struct, improve, add
to, change the size of or remwe such facilities or any of them; ~ permit the attachment of oonduits, wires or
cables of any other Company or person; also, to cut, trien and keep cle~ all tre~, bnish and undergnowth or other
obstructions tfiat mi~t endange~ or interfere with said facilities, on, aver, upon, under, and across mylou~ pro-

northerly of and parallel to the centerline of State Road 66
(Orange Avenue Extension), and the south line being the same as
the north righ~-of-Way line of State Road 68; said easement running ~
