NOW, TI~REFORE, in consideration of the foregoing and . ;
the mutual covenante and promisee herein made~the First Party and
Security Federal Savings and Zoan Aeeociation oY Indian River
County hereby agree ae followes
1. That the mortgage deed dated February 18, 197~,
and recorded in Offici~l Record Book 190 , page1429 , Public
Records of Saint Lucie County , Florida and the note aecured
thereby, which note and mortgage had a principal bala~ace remaining
unpaid in the amount oY ~15,835.00 on June 1, 1971,
shall be and are hereby modified and amended so as to provide for
~.interest Yrom July 16, 1971 at the rate of 7.59~ per annum
-and equal monthly installments of ~118.24 , commencing Jul,y t5,
1971, and continuing on the corresponding day of each
month thereafter until paid in f1i11. ~
