County, Florida, said mortqagea having been consolidated into one
mortqaqe lien by the 1[ortgaqe Consolidation and Sxtenaion Agreement

Trustee, dated April 24~ 1970, and recorded in Official Records Bcwk
184, page 1178, etc., public records of St. Lucie County, Florida,
in conaideration of the sum of 547,277.80, in hand paid by ROGER L.
TOFFOLON, as Trustee, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledqed,
