Florida?, is hereby asended to rea~d as folloass
Beginning at a pofnt on the north line of
Ci.trus Avenue extended easterly, a~s said street
is now laid out and platted in the City of
F'ort Pierce, Florida, said point bei ng 25 - feet
ea?st of the intersection of the north line o!
Citrus Avenne and the line of veqetation oA the
Nest shore of Indian River, as seasured at riqht
arrgles the=eto; thence s~un northerly in a straight
line to the aoutbea?st corner of the e~dstin~
concrete bulkhead on the easterly baundary of ~
Msucy Ann 9ubdivision, as per plat tbeYeof recorded
in Plat Book 7, Page 37', St. Lucie County, Florida,
Public Records; then~ce northwesterly, alony the
existing concrete bulkhead lirte to a point of fnter-
section with the north line ot Atlantic Avenue
extended easterly; thence in a northeasterly direc-
tion to a point in Indian River, said point being
at the intersection of the north line of Orange
Avenue extended easterly and the east bulkhead
line of the City of Fort Pierce Municipal Yacht
Be?sin extended southerly; thence nortriwe-sterly:
(1) Along the southerly extension of the east
bulkhead lf ne of the lrhudcipal Yacht Basin,

to its intersection with the Southerly R/W line of

curve concave northerly havinq a cerrtral at~gle of
2?0-27'_30" and a radius of 2009.86 ~eet an arc
distance of 139.01 feet to the end of ssid curve,
thence north 62°-33'-32" east a distance of 132.00
feet, thence noYth 27°-26~-28" west a distance of
200 feet to the northerly R/W line of new Sta?te
Road A-1-A, thence south 62°-33'-32" west a distance
