Before me, the underaigned authority, personally appeared
H. A. BITTAN, JR., who, beinq duly sworn, says that he is the
attorney of the Lienor herein. Trana-State Dredginq Company,
whose addresa is P. O. Box 3426, Fort Pierce, Florida 33450
and that in purauance of a contract with Outdoor Resorts of
America, Inc., a Tennessee corporation, I.ienor furnished labor,
services and materials consisting of channel excavation, ~
dredqing of hydraulic fill ntaterial, dike construction and
qrading on the following described real property in St. Lucie
County, Floridas
Start at the Northeast_corner of Section 3,
: Tawnship 37 South, Range 41 Last; thence run
North 89°38'22" West along the North line of
said Section 3, a distance of 1331.65 feet;
thence run South 00°08'21" Sast, a distance of
1557.86 feet to the point of beqinning; thence

feet; thence run South 40°30' East a distance
