THIS INDENTUR~: executed this 25thday of May , 1971,
between llOROTHY H. BRIQGS, Administratrix of the Estate of
riARY E. HEin'ITT, party of the first part, and JAMES 0. BRIGGS, ~
party af the second part, whose address is 1119 Club Drive,
~'ort Pierce, Florida, WITNESSETH:
The party af the first part, pursuant to the Order of
the County Judge's Court of Saint Lucie County, Florida,
dated May 17~ 1971 and in consideration of the pre- i

mises in the sum of $3500 and other good and valuable consid- ~
eration in hand paid, grants, bargains, sells, aliens, remises, i

releases, conveys and confirms to the party of the second part, ~

his heirs and assigns, forever, the real property in 5aint Lucie
County, Florida, described as:
Lot 9, according to a plat of Highland Avenue Heights ~
Subdivision, of Section 17, To~?nship 35 South, Range
40 East, as recorded in P2at Book 4 at page 63-B of
the public records of
St. Lucie County, Florida.
TOGETHER with all and singular the tenements, heredita-
ments and appurtenances belonging or in anywise appertaining
to the real property.
