Before the undersigned authority peraonally appeared
JEWELL I. HOUSE who, being by me first duly sworn, upon oath
says: ~
1. That my name is JSWELL I. HOUS$. That affiant
,
was the former wife of ROBERT ELMER ~OUSE, a/k/a ELMER ROBERT
HOUSE, and that a Final Judgment of Divorce was entered by ;
~
the Circuit Court of St. Lucie County, Florida on February ~
8, 1971.
2. That affiant and ROBERT ELMER HOUSE owned, as
tenants by the entirety, prior to the Final Jtidgment of Divorce,
Lots 16 and 17, Block C, Harmony 8eights Subdivision, as per
plat thereof on file in Plat Book 8, at page 24, public records
of St. Lueie County, Florida.
3. That subsequent to the divorce, while affiant ~
was in the hospital suffering from a broken vertebrate in
her back from a fall on a fishing boat, the said ROBERT ELI~R
HOUSE came to her hospital room while ahe was under sedation
and_prevailed upon her to sign a quit claim deed, without
any consideration, as to the land hereinbefore described.
That at said time and place, there was no Notary Public or
witnesses, nor was there any consideration for the execution
by the affiant of said quit claim deed. i
4. That affiant has been advised that thg said quit ~
claim deed has been witneased and notarized, and that the
said ROBERT ELMER 80~JSE has the said instrument in his pos-
session, cuatvdy and control, and that the said ROBERT ELMLR
HOtTSE intends to use said quit claim deed.
5. That afffant has been advised that the said
ROBERT EI,NIER HOUSE has sold, or is endeavoring to aell, the
property herefnbefore described, in which the said affiant
owns an undivided one-half fnterest as a tenant in caunon
with the said ROBERT EL~MER SO~JSE.
