the sum of One Dollar ($1.00) and other good and valuable consider

whereof is hereby acknowledged, have granted, bargained, sald, as-

the second part, his heirs and aesigns forever, a certain Contract
for Deed bearing ~late the 9th day of December, 1961, made by

which Contract for Deed is recorded in OfficiaZ Record Book 26, at
page 426, of the Public R~ecords of St. Lucie County, Florida, and
is incorporated herein insofar as applicable as though the same
was fully set out.
A portion of the consideration of this Agreement being that
the Party of the Second part hereiu assumes all the oblig~a tions
and agrees to paq all the payo~ents described in said Contract naw
due or to become due~, together with a21 interests specified in sai
Contract.
AND UPON the performance of all the terme and conditions and ~
the completion of all paym~ents ae set forth in said Contract by
said Party of the Second party, his heirs or a8signs, the parties
of the First Part do hereby authorize the said E1~RY R. STEVENS ati
