HomeMy WebLinkAbout2796 1 ~ /C ysl~ • • ~ / : PARTLAL RELEASE OF JUDGMENTS ~O~sS KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: WHEREAS, FORT PIERCE MEMORIAL H06PITAL, INC~, a Florida non-profit corporation, as plantiff, has recovered two (2) certain Final Judgments against JOHN M~ JENKINS, as defendant, the same being respectively described as follows: (2) A Judgment for ~6?2.12 (including costs) in the Small Claims Court in and for St. Lucie County, Florida, under date of August 28, 1967, being Case No. 67-?-1785 and thereafter recorded on the public records of St. Lucie County, Florida, in Official Record Book 168; at page 88; and _ (2) Judgment for $1, 387.68, including costs, under date of June 2, 1969, in the Circuit Court in and for St. Lucie County, Florida, being Case No. 69-252 which Judgment is recorded in Circuit Court Minute Book 55, page 313; AND WHEREAS, the said John M. Jenkins, also known as J. M. Jenkins, has requested the said Fort Pierce Memorial Hospital, Inc. , to release the premises hereinafter described from the lien and operation of said Judgments, and each of them; NOW, TAEREFORE, KNOW YE, That the said Fort Pierce Memorial Hospital, Inc., as well in consideration of the premises as of the sum of $10.00 to it in hand paid by the said John M, Jenkins at the time of the execution hereof, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, does remise, quit claim, exonerate and discharge from the lien and operation of said Judgments, and each of them, unto the said John M. Jenkins, his heirs and assigns, all that piece, parcel or tract of land situate in St. Lucie County, Elorida, more particularly described as follows: That part of Lot 16, Block 10 of BILTMORE PARK SUBDIVISION AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN Plat Book 4, page 52, of the public records of St. Lucie County, Florida, described as follow s: ~ ~ Beginning at the common corner of Lots 6, 15 and 16 run North- ; easterly along the line dividing Lots 15 and 16 a distance of 7 feet; ~ thence run Southeasterly to the point of intersection of the line ~ dividing Lots 6 and 16 with the rear line of Lot 3; thence run North- ~ westerly along the rear line of Lot 16 to the point of beginning. i TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same, with the appurtenances, unto the said John M. Jenkins, his heirs and assigns forever, freed, exonerated and discharged of and from the lien and operation of said Judgments, and each of them; provided always, nevertheless, that nothing herein contained shall in anywise impair, alter or ditninish the effect, lien or incumbrances of the aforesaid Judgments on the re- ~ maining Froperties, real or personal, not hereby released therefrom, or any of the ~ } rights and remedies of the holder thereof.
