THIS INDENTURE, made and entered into on thi.s ~-'~day of June,
1971, by and between ST. LUCIE COUNTY BANK, Fort Pierce, Florida, Execu-
tor of the Estate of Charles D. Minarik, deceased, First Party, and
FREDDIE DeLUTIS and MARY DeLUTIS, his wife, whose residence and post
office address is
Second Parties,
WITNESSETH:
WHEREAS, Charles D. Minarik died sedzed and possessed of
the following described property, lying, being and situate in the
County of St. Lucie, State of Florida:
Lot 4~ Block H(13) in the To~n of Edgartown, according sr~n of KoR~u~ ~
to the survey and plat of Aaron Lee, said plat being on Y
file in the office of the Clerk of Circuit Court, St. ~
Lucie County, Florida, in Plat Book 1 at page 160 Ss.sO
and
WHEREAS, the St. Lucie County Bank, Fort Pierce, Florida, has been
~ appointed and duly qualified as Executor of the Estate of Charles D.
~ Minarik, deceased, and
' WHEREAS, the St. Lucie County Bank did petition the County Judge of
~ St. Lucie County, Florida, that Court having jurisdiction of the Estate
''i of Charles D. Minarik, for authority to sell the above-described
property and for an Order authorizing such sale, and
WHEREAS, the County Judge did, on the 20th day of April, 1971,
enter an order authorizing the sale of the property,
NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the premises and the sum of
Ten Dollars ($10.00) and other good and valuable considerations, receipt
of which is acknowledged by the First Party, the First Party, as Executor
of the Estate of Charles D. Minarik, deceased, does c~a nt, bargain, aell
and convey unto the Second Parties, their heirs, personal representatives
and assigns, forever, the lands described and all their appurtenances.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD unto the Seoond Parties, their heirs, personal
representatives and assigns, and every right, title and interest of
which St. Lucie County Bank is now seized and pos$essed and of which
Charles D. Minarik died seized and possessed, as fully and completely
as the St. Lucie County Bank, as Executor, could or should convey the
property under and pursuant to the Orders of the above-mentioned Court
and the applicable law.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, ST. LUCIE COUNTY BANK, as Executor of the
