THIS INDENT[1RE, Made this day of c ,

FRANK ROBERT HASKELL and VICKI C. HASI~LL, his wife; EVELYN ANN
AASKELL, a single adult, and AUDREY Z. HASKELL, a singll~adult,
grantors, and EVELYN ANN HASKELL, whose poat office address is
Route #3, 8ox 555E, Fort Pierce, Florida, grantee,
WITNESSETH: That said grantors, for and in consideration of
love and affection, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, have
granted, bargained and sold to the said grantee, and grantee's heirs
and assigns forever, the following described land, ~ituate and being
in St. Lucie County, Florida, to-~wit:
The West one-half of the North one-half of the
following described property:
East one-half of the E~ of the NE~ of the SW~ of

excepting therefrom rights of way for public roads
and drainage canals;
