WARRANI'Y DEED

FRANK ROBERT HASKELL and VICKI C. AASI~LL, his wife; EVELYN ANN
HASI~LL, a single adult, and AUDREY Z. HA?SI~LL, a single adult,
grantors, and FRANK ROBERT HASICLLL whose post office address is
Route #3, Box 555H, Fort Pierce, Florida, grantee,
WITNESSETH: That said grantors, for and in consideration of
love and affection, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, have
granted, bargained and sold to the said grantee, and grantee's heirs
and assigns forever, the following described land, situate and being
in St. Lucie Cotmty, Florida, to-wit:
The East one-half of the North one-half of the
follawing described property:
East one-half of the E~ of the NE~ of the SW~
of SecCion 10, Tvwnship 35 South, Range 39 -
East, excepting therefrom rights of way for
public roads and dzainage canals,
and said grantors do hereby fully warrant the title to said land,
and will defend the same against the lawful claims of all persons
whomsoever.
