IN ADDITION TO THE COVENANTS HEREINAFTER SET OUT TNE MORTGAGEE AND MORTGAGORS
COVENANT AND AGREE THAT:
(1} The MORTGAGOR herein shall make within 7 days of tfie due date, the pnyments called
for in tha lgt mortgage now encumbering this property, to the MORTGAGEE herein at
it S office or some other place as designatcd by the MORTGAGEE , herein.
I~ (2) The MOitTGAGOR herein shall pay within 30 days of the due date all pertinent charges for fire and
i ~ windstorm insuranoe, all ad valorem city and/or county taxes, any special improvement asseuments and any
i other special governmental assessments or charges.
~ (3) If the MORTGAGOR herein do not make the pay-ments on the 13t ~9age , the fire and
E windstarm in~urance premiums and governmental taxes or special assessments as they come due, as well as
i the payments called for in this mortgage deed, then the MORTGAGEE herein can at its
~ aption make these payments, adding said payments made to ihe b~{ance due hereunder. If any one or all of
~ the afores~id payments remain unpaid for a peria! of 7 days or more, then the MORTGAGEE can at 1tS

~ (G) The MORTGAGOR herein will be at the request cf the MORTGAGEE herein acknowledge, in writing,
~ the existence of this mortgage and the amount still due thereon on a estoppel form prov'ided for thia pur-
~ pose by the MORTGAGEE .

~ withoui notice. Failure of the MORTGAGEE herein to exercise this option at any time shall not oonstitute a
