RESOLUTION NO. 71-59
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners by Resolution No.
71-53 adopted on May 25, 1971, denied the petition of FORT PIERCS ;
FLORIDA GARDEN ESTATES, INC. to rezone the following described
property in St. Lucie County, Florida, to-wit:
NW'~ of SE~, less North 50 feet for Indrio Road,
in Section 13, Township 34 South, Range 39
East,
from R-1C (one-family residence) to R-3 (multiple dwelling), and
WHEREAS, said petitioner has requested said Board of County ~
. ~

Commissioners to reconsider its decision in order that it may
utilize said property for the construction of multiple dwellings
rather than the construction of a mobile home park as previously ~
planned.
NOW, THEREFORE~ BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commis-
sioners of St. Lucie County_in meeting assembled this 8th day of
June, 1971, as follows:
1. That Resolution No. 71-53 adopted by said Board of County
Commissioners on May 25, 1971, be and the same is hereby rescinded.

! 2. That a public hearing is set for 9:00 A.M, on Tuesday,

~ July 6, 1971, to reconsider the petition of FORT PIERCE FLORIDA

~ GARDEN ESTATES, INC. to re2one the above described lands from R-1C

~ (one-family residence), to R-3 (multiple dwelling). i

~ 3. That notice of said hearing be published in the News Tribune ~

~ at least fifteen (15) days prior to said hearing and that all

property owners within 300 feet of said lands be notified by mail `

~ at least fifteen (15) days prior to said hearing. '
