THIS MORTGAGE DEED executed the 15th day of July,
1971, by PHOENIX CORPORATTON, INC., a corporation existing
under the la~vs of Florida, and having its principal place of
business at North Rim Ditch Road, Fort Pierce, Florida,
hereinafter called the mortgaqor, to B. H. LIPPIN, INC., a
the State of New York, authorized to do business in

WITNESSETH,`that for good and valuable considera-
