We, the undersigned, agree that we are firmly bound to
J. W. ~hompson d/b/a Efficient E7.ectric Company for the sum of
$11,110.00, plus $100.00 cQUrt costs, w•ith interest thereon at the
rate af 6$ ger annum from April 14, 1971, which said bond is
conditioned solely that if a judgment is rzndered in the Circuit
Court in and for the County of St. Lucie, State of Florida, against
Venture Out in America at St. Lucie, Inc, or Holiday Out in A~erica
at St. Lucie, Inc. in favor of the said J. v;. Trompson the under-
signed agree to pay the same; otr.erwise the obligations r.~reunder
are void. Claim of Lien recorded in O.R. Book 193, Page 2958,
Ju~y 14, 1971~ puplic records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
