Electric Company, did file a certain Claim of Lien on
July 14, 1971, with reference to the following described
property situate in St. Lucie County, Florida:

BUT NOT INCLUDING Block "T" and Block "U" as
shown on the plat of Huliday Out in America at
St. Lucie, Section B, as recorded in ~lat Book 14,
page 44, public records of St. Lucie County, FZorida.
which said Claim of Lien was duly recorded in O. R. Book
193 at page 2958, public records ~~f St. Lucie County,
Florida; and
WHEREAS, Venture Out in America at St. Lucie, Inc.
and Holiday Out in America at St. Lucie, Inc., as Principal,
; and United Pacific Insurance Company, a Surety corporation
i autrorized to do business in the State of Fl~rida, as ~

~ Surety, :~ave filed a Bond to discharge said lien, said
~ bond having been filed on July 16, 1971, and having been
~ recorded in O. R. Book 194 at pages 107-108, public recards
of St. Lucie County, Florida;
NOW, THEREFORE, the undersigned Clerk of the
Circuit Court in and for St. Lucie County, Flo~ida, does
~ hereby certify the transfer of the sul~ject lien from the
real property described above to the surety bond above and

~ does further certify that a true copy hereof has been maa~~ed
