HomeMy WebLinkAbout0156 \2 ~1 ~ ~ ~ ~ \ ! ~ RESOLtlTION NO. ?1-72 ~ WHEREAS, ~he St. Lucie County Planning and Zoning Comm~ssion, after holding a public hearing ~t which due n~tice was published at least fifteen (15) days prior to said hearing and all property owners within 300 feet were notified by mail of said hearir~g, has recommended to the Board o~ County Commissioners of St. Lucie County that the he_einafter described requesk for a change in zoning - classi fication be GR1i~ITED, and WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners held a public hearing on said recommendations on July 13, 1971, after first pub- lishing notice of sai.d hearing in the News Tribune on the 18th day of June, 1971, said date be~ng at least fifteen (15) days prior to the date of said hearing. NOW, THEREFOREt BE IT RESOLVED by the Boara of County Commis- sioners of St. Lucie County in meeting assembled this 13th day of July, 1971, as follocvs: THAT the zoning of the following described prc~perty, to-wit: Lots 3,4,5,6,7 and 8, Block 6, Westwood Manor Sub- division, as recorded in Plat Book 6, Page 26 of the public records of St. LuciE County, Florida owned by BOB C. GREEN, be and the same is hereby changed from R-1C tone-family dwelling) to R-2 (duplex dwellings).
