ODELL, who, after being duly sworn, depose and say:
1. That they are the same persons as CLARENCE
J. ODELL and MARTHA E. ODELL, the grantees in that certain dc~ed
from David W. Smith and Pandora E. S~nith, his wife, dated March
' 25, 1970, and recorded March 30, 1970, in O.R. Book 183, page
~ 2317 of the rsblic Recards af St. Lucie Coun~y, Florida, conveying

~ the fallowing described property, to wit:
~ Lot 15, Block 17, RIVER PARK, UNIT TWO,
~ according to the Plat thereof recorded
~ in Plat Book lU, page 72, Public Records
; of St. Lucie c:ounty, Florida.
2. That at the time said deed was delivered to them,

CLARENCE J. ODELL and MARTHA E. ODELL were husband and wife and
have been continually married to each other since that time and
presently hold title to the above-described property as an estate
