WHEREAS, FLORIDA NATIONAL BpNK ANG TRUST COM~ANY AT WEST PALM
BEACH is the owner and hoZder of a Security Agreemer~t from MINTON SUN,
INC., dated 5eptember 5, 1968 and recarded in O.R. Book 173, Pages
1685-1688 of the Publi.c Records of St. Lucie County, Florida, and;
WHEREAS, the purpose of this Security Agreement was to create
a security interest in certain personal property as described in said
Security Agreement, ~nd;
WHEREAS, it is not clear frem the terms of said Security
Agreement whether or not said Security Agreement creates a mortgage lien
or other interest by the secured party i;~ certain real estate described
in said Security Agreement, and;
WHEREAS, it was the intention of the ~a~-3es to create a
security interest only in those items of personal property described
in said Security Agreement and not an interest in any real estate. i

HOW THEREFORE in consideration of the foregoing and other ~
valuable consideration between the parties FLORIDA NATIONAL BANK AND
TRUST ~OMPANY AT WEST PA?~Ni BEACH ~eby di s~laims any right, title,

interest or lien it might appear to have under saic3 Security Agreement ;

~ in the following described real estate located in St. Lucie County,
` Florida:
~ The West 330 feet of the SW 1/~ of the SW 1/4
of the SW 1/4 of Section 36, Township 34 South,
Range 39 East, excepting therefram all rights
of way for public roads and drainage canals, -
~ including that for the Central and Southern
Florida Flood Control District, and subject
to those easements of record for electric
transmission and distribution lines.
