Statutes, in Official Record Book .~_38, pages 5^ 8of the public records of S t. Luc i e_County Flor:da.
In this instrument the singutar shall include the plural and the masculine shall include the feminine and
neuter. All rights artd obtigations under this mortgac~e shall extend to and be binding upon the respective
heirs, executors, administrators, s~ccessors and assigns of the Mortgagor and Mortgagee.
