Before me, the undersiqned authority, this day personally
appeared PHILIP G. NOURSE who, upon first being duly sworn by me,
did depose and say:
1. That on November 13, 1968, he prepared a Warranty Deed of
conveyance to the above described real property fram Albert V. Walker,
survivor of A. V. Walker and Jessal M. Walker, his wife, joined by
his wife, L•acile Walker, to Albert V. Walker and Lu~ile Walker, his
~ wife, which said deed is recorded in O. R. Book 174, at page 1462
~ of the public records of St. Lucie County, Florida.

~ 2. That through scrivener's inadvertence, said warranty deed
~
~ contained an erroneous plat book and page designation; that the
correct plat beok and page shown in said deed should have been
Plat Book 2, Page 10, of the public records of St. Lucie County,
F~orida.
3. That of affiant's personal knowledge, th~ property owned
by Albert V. Walker on November 19, 1968 was Lots 19, 20 and 21,
Block 2,~of KILLER AIrID DEMMER'S ADDITION to the City of Fort Pierce,
~ as pe~e plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 2, page 10, of the publ~c
