KNOW ALL MEN 6Y THESE PRESENTS, THAT:
TNIS INDENTURE executed this 24th day of Jun~, 1971, by GENERAL DEVELOPME~~tT
CORPORATION, a Delaware corporation authorized t~ transact business in the
State of Florida, with its principal offiices at 1111 South Bayshore Drive,
Miami, Dade County, Florida, hereinafter referred to as General.
WITNESSETH,THAT:
.~IHEREAS, General did heretofore cause fio be recorded among the Pu~lic Records
of St. Lucie County,Florida, that certain:suadivisian plat entitled RIVER PARK-
UNIT 9 PART "C", recorded in Plat Book 15 at Page 286 of the Public Records of
St. Lucie County, Florida; and
WHEREAS, said recorded plat provides that easements as shown by dashed lines ~
on certain lots within said plat are reserved for the installation and main-`
tenance of public utilities and drainage facilities; and
'a1HEREAS, Ge~eral as subdivider and developer of all of the lots in the afore-
mentioned subdivision plat has determined that certain of the easements reser-
ved for the installation and maintenance of public utilities ai~d drair~age fa-
cilities are not required for such purpose; and
WHEREAS, General has determined that no useful purpose will be served to retain
and permit to remain th~ hereinafter described easement affecting Lot 32 of
Block 72 in the plat of RIVER PARK - UNIT 9 PART "C".
NOW, TNEREFORE, in consideration af the premises, General dces hereby declare
the following ~iescribed drainage easements to be terminated and cancelled, ta-
wit: The East 10 feet of Lot 32, Block 72 less tne South 10 feet thereof. ~
