THIS IS A PURCHASE MONEY MORTGAGE. executed ?o secure the
balance of the purchase price of the lands encumbered hereby and by the accept-
ance hereof, mortgagee agrees that so long as mortgagor is not in default under
any of the terms and provisions of this mortgage and the promissory note secnre
hereby. mortgagor shall at any time be entitled to have groups of 10 or more lots
released from the lien and operation of this mortgage for all sums paid on the
principal debt secured hereby on the basis of one lot for each ~550.50 of principa
so paid. The re2ease credits shall be cumulative. Any sums prepaid on the
mortgage note to procure a partial release shall be applicable to the then next
ensuing payments due under said promissory note.
