by St, Lucie County to locate, construct, maintain and/or improve
. a county road and/or a drainage ditch in said County; and,
WHEREAS, a portion of the lands involved and necessary to said
road and/or dit-ch is subject to Assiqnment of biortqaqe
held by the un3ersigned; and;
W:-iEREAS, on behalf of St. Lucie County a request has been r:iade
for the undersigned to subordinate said encumbrance to the property
rights of St. Lucie County in and to the portion of the premises
hereinarter described. _
