KNOW ALL MEN BY THESB PRESENTS: That whereas, it is proposed ~
by St.-Lucie County to locate, construct, maintain and/or improve
a county road and/or a drainage ditch in said County; and,
WHEREAS. a portion of the lands involved and necessary to said ~

held by the undersigned; and,
WHEREAS, on behalf of St. Lucie County a request has been made '
for the und~rsigned to subordinate said encumbrance to the property ;
rights of St. Lucie County in and to the portion of the premises ;

NOW, THEREFORE, WITNESSETH: That for and in considera~ion of ~
the premises and one dollar and other good and valuable considera- ~
tions, paid, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, the undersigne3
subordinates said encumbrance to the property rights of St. Lucie
- Cownty to locate, construct, maintain and/or improve said road and/or
ditch over,,through, upon, and/or across the following described
