cumbrance or the remedies at law or in equity for recovering there- '

sums secured by and/or due under the same. It is further understood

drainage construction and maintenance purposes that in such event
the subordination of said encumbrance shall terminate in and to such
portion abandonec~ and nn longer used as afor~s~id, and the encumbrance
become of the same status with reference to such abandoned gortion as ,
i~f the subordination had never been made. -
