KNOW ALL MEN BY ZZ-lESE PRESENTS : That I, BETT'Y J. LOGAN, the
owner and holder of a certain mortgage deed executed by Ar'~"'EW C.
LOGAN to BETTY J. LOGAN bearing date the lst day of May, A.D., 1970,
recorded in Official Record Book 184, page 9G1, in the office of

the Clerk of the Cir~uit Court of St. Lucie County, State of
Florida, securing that certain note in the principal sum of
$1,500.t?0 and certain promxses and obligations set forth in said
mortgage deed, upon the property ~ituate in said State and County
described as follows, to wit:
Part of Lots 7 and 8, Block 33 of RIVER PARK UNIT 4,
a Subdivision according to the Plat th~reof, recorded
in Plat Book 11, page 9, of the Pub?ic Records of St.
Lucie County, Florida, more particularly described as
follows, to wit:
Commencing at the most Northerl~• Corner of I,~t 2 of F
said Block 33; thence run Southwesterly 500 fe~t along
the Northwesterl.y boundary of said Block 33, being along
the arc of a circular curve to the left having a radius
of 2,726.59 feet, through a central angle of 10°30'25" ~
to the point-o~-beginning of the parcel of land herein-
after described; thence continue along the arc of said
curve 8.92 feet, through a central angle of 00°11'15"
4 to a point of tangency; thence South 41°14'00" West
