right of St. Lucie County and the public in and to the lands
lying wi~hin said roads, streets, alleys or other public reserva-
tion is hereby disclaimed and renounced.
2. That a notice of adoption of this r.esolution shall be
published in thF News Tribune ae Fort Pierce, Fl~rida one time
within thirty (3C) days of the date hereof.
3. That the proof of publication of the notice of public
hearing, a certified copy of this resolution and the proof of
publication of the notice of adoption of this resolution shall be
recorded in the deed records of St. Lu~ie County, Florida.
