hold hanrtless the other for and from any and all damages
and irjuries, Whether to persons or property, resulting
from any means whatsoever if caused by its interference,
fault or negligence with the facilities and/or from inter-
feren~e, fwult or negligence with the facilities by its
agents ar employees.
4, Should Grantee fail for any reasonable period of time
to exercise the rights herein ~ranted, then at the elec-
tion of G~antor, all rights and privileges hereunder shall
cease and the easement, rights and privileges herein granted
shall revert to the Grantor.
5. ~antor covenants that it has the right to convey this
easement and that Grantee shall have quiet and peaceful
possession, use and enjoyment of said easement.
All covenants, terms, provisxons and conditions hereof shall inure
to the benefit of and be binding upon the parties hereto ana their respective
heirs, administrators, successors and assigns.
