3. To keep the mortgaged property in good order and
repair; to permit, commit or suffer no waste , impairment or
deterioration the~e~f; to preserve, maintain and care for any ~
citrus goves, orchards, pastures, timber, fields and other agricul- ?
tural develop~?ents now or hereafter located thereon, including, but f
not being limited to, cultivation, spraying, dusting, pruning, ;
fertilizing, liming, draining, irrigating, protecting against ~
damage by fire and replanting when necessary, all to be done in ~
accordance with good husbandry and the most approved methods of ;
agricultural development.
4. To comply as far as they affect the Mortgaged Property
with all statutes, laws, ordinances, decrees-and orders of the United
States, the State of Florida, and any political subdivision thereof.
5. To pay all and singular the costs, charges and ex~enses,
including reasonably lawyer's fees and cast of abstracts of title,
incurred or paid at any time by said Mortgagee because and/ar in
the event of the failure on the part of the said Mortgagor to duly,
promptly and fully perform, discharge, execute, effect, complete, ~
comply with and abide by each and every the stipulations, agreements,
conditions and covenants of said promissory note, and this mortgage,
any or either, and said costs, ~harges and expenses, each and every,
shall b~ immediately due and payable, whether or not there be notice, ~
; demand, attempt to collect or suit pending; and the full amount of ~
j each and every such payment shall bear interest from the aaze thereof '
i until paid at the rate of ten per centum per annum; and all said casts, _
~ charges and expenses so incurred or paid, together with such interest, ~

~ 6. That (a) in the event of any breach of this mortgage ;
~ or default on the part of the Mortgagor, or (b) in `
tne el~ent any of said sums of money herein referred to be not ~
promptly and fully paid within thirty (30) days nExt after the same t

in the event each and every the stipulations, agreements, conditions ~
~ and covenants o~ said promissory not-es and this ~~~ortgage, any or ~
~ either, are not duly, promptly and f~lly performed, 3ischarged, ;
executed, effected, completed, comp~ied with and abided by, then, ~
