LEASE AGREEMENT
THIS LEA$E, Made this 23rd day of July, A.D. 1971.
BY AND BETWEEN Rc~BERT M. TAIG and MARJbRIE J. TAIG, his
wife, herei.n called the lessors, and WILFORD L, MILLER and ELVIRA N.
MILLER, his wife,~herein called the lessees,
WTTNESSETH, That in consideration of the covenants riarein
contained, on e part of the said lessees to be kept and performed,
the said lessors d~ hereby lease to the said lessees, the following

And the said lessees covenant with the said lessors to(~'

any part of said premises without the written consent of the lessors; -

apartments, and to quit and deliver up said premises at the end of
