WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of St. Lucie County,
Florida held a public hearing on the 13th day of July, i971, after
first publishing a notice of said hearing in the News Tribune,
at Fort Pierce, Florida an the 22nd day of June, 1971, on closing,
vacating and ahandoning that portion of the follovring described
dedicated right of way, and renouncing and disclaiming any right of
St. Lucie County and the public in and to the lands lying wi;:iin
that portion of said right of way in St. Lu.ie County, Florida ~
described as follows:

SHELLY ROAD as delineated on the plat of SAN LUCIE
PLAZA, Unit One, as recarded in Plat Book 5, at
. Page 57 of the public records of St. I,ucie County,
Florida.
and,
WHEREA$, at said public hearing there were no objections to
closing, vacating and abandoning said right of way and renouncing
, and disclaiming any right of St. Lucie County and the public in

of the Board of County Commissioners, it is to the best interest
