NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the premises and of
the mutual advantages and benefits accruing to the parties hereto,
and in further consideration of the sum of $Z.Oa in hand paid to
said Strazzulla Brothers Company, the receipt of which is hereby ~

acknowledged, said Strazzulla Brothers Company do hereby covenant,
consent and agree to and with Gulf-Atlantic Prodnction Credit

Association that said mortgage hereinabove described and recorded ~
in said Official Record Book 39, Page 291, which is owned and . ~
held b them, shall be and the same is heieby made subordinate, ~
