THIS INDENTURE, Made this 26 day of July

1971, between FIRST NATIONAL BANK OF STUART, Stuart, Florida, as
Ancillary Administrator of ~he estate of ELIZABETH C. HALEY, Deceased,
Grantor, and MARGARET ANN HOPE, whose mailing address is
302 North Inner Drive, Hibbing, Minnesota 5574ti , Grantee;
WITNESSETH: That the Grantor, by virtue of the powerand
authority to it given by that certain Order of Distribution issued
by the County Judge's Court in and for Martin County, Florida, on
the ~ day of December , 1970 with reference to
the estate ~.,f Elizabeth C. Haley, deceased, and in consideration of
the sum of Ten ($10.00) Dollars to it paid by the Grantee, the
receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, has granted, bargained, sold,
aliened, remise3, released, conveyed and confirmed and by these
presents does grant, bargain, sell, alien, remise, release, convey
and confirm unto the Grantee, her heirs or assigns forever, the
~ollowing described land, situate, lying and being in the County ~
of Martin and State of Florida, to-wit:
Lot 3, Block 281 of Port St. Lucie Subdivision,
5ection 1, a s~sbdivision according to the Plat
thereof recorded in Plat Book 11, Page 53, of
the public records of St. Lucie County, Florida.

TOGETHER with aIl and singuZar the tenements, hereditaments and

' appurtenances thereunto belonging, or in anywise appertaining; `
I and the reversion and reversions, remainder and remainders, rents,

' issues and profits thereQf; and also all the estate, right, title,

~ in law and equity, which the Testatrix had in her lifetime, and at ,
the ti~re of her decease, and which the Grantor has, by virtue of
