THIS INDENTURE, Made this 2~ day of ` July ~
1971, between FIkST NATIONAL BANK OF STUART, Stuart, Florida, as
Ancillary Admina.strator of the estate of DAVID D. t~ALEY, Deceased,
Grantor~ and MARGARET ANN HOPE, whose mailing address is
302 North Inner Drive, Hibbing, Minnesota 55746 Grantee;

WITNESSETH: That the Grantor, by virtue of the power and
authority to it given by that certain Order of Distribution issued

by the Couiity Judge's Court in and for Martin County, Florida, on
the 7 day of December , 1970 with reference to
the estate of David U. Haley, deceased, and in consideration of
the sum of Ten ($10.00) Dollars to ~t paid by the Grantee, the
receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, has granted, bargained, sold,
aliened, remised, released, conveyed and con£irmed and by these
presents does grant, bargain, sell, alien, remise, release, convey
and confirm unto the Grantee, her heirs or assigns forever, the

following described land, situate, lying and being in the County
of Kartin and State of Florida, to-wit:
Lot 3, Block 281 of Port St. Lucie Subdivision,
Section 1, a subdivision according to the Plat
thereof recorded in Plat Book 11, Page 53, of
the pub2ic records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
TOGETHER with all and singular the tenements, hereditaments and ~
appurtenances thereunto belonging, or in anywise appertaining;
and the reversion and reversions, remainder and remainders, rents,
'i issues and profits thereaf; and aZso all the estate, right, title,

interest, property, possession, claim and demand whatsoever, both ;

in law and equity, which the Testator had in his life~ime, and at -
the time of his decease, and which the Grantor has, by virtue of
its office as such Ancillary Administrator, or otherwise, of, in
and to the above granted premises, and every part and parcel thereof, ~
