WITVESSETH; That the said Grantors, for and in considera-
tion ~f the sum of One ($1.00) Doiiar in hand paid by said Grantee,
the receipt whereof is hereby acknawledged, do hereby remise,release,
and quit claim unto the said Grantee, and her heirs and assigns, all
the right~ title, interest, claim and demand which the said Grantors
have in and to the following described land, situate, lying and being
in the County of Marti~, State o~ Florida, to-wit:

Section 1,_a subdivision accordinq to the Plat
thereof recorded in PZat Book 11, Page 53, of
the public records of St. Lucie County, Florida.

all the estate, right, title, interest, lien, equity and claim what-
soever of the said ~rantors, either in law or equity, to the only
