QUIT CLAIM DEED
THIS ~UIT CLAIM DEED, Executed the 9th day of July ,
1970, by I. R. GALOB, as Trustee, and NORTHERN CITY tiATIONAL BANK, of
Duluth, Minnesota, as Executor and Trustee oi' the estate of ELIZABETH
C. HALEY, Deceased, Grantors, to MARGARET ANN HOPE, whose address is
302 North Inner Drive, Hibbinq, Minnesota 55746 , Grantee;
WITNESSETH: That the said Grantors, for and in considera-
tion of the sum of One ($1.00) Dollar in hand paid by said Grantee,
the receipt where~f is hereby acknowledged, do hereby remise, release
and quit claim unto the said Grantee, and h~r heirs and assigns, sJ.l ~
the right, title, interest, claim and demand which the said Grantors
have in and to the following described land, situate, lying and being
in the CounLy ~f Martin, State of Florida, to-wit:
