MORTGAGE MODIFICATTON AGREEMENT
WHEREAS, Outdoor Resorts of America, Inc., hexeinafter
called the Mortgagor, executed a certaia mortgage deed on January
12, 1970, conveying its interest in certain rea-1 e state located
in St. Lucie County, Florida, to zowa Land and General Develop-
ment Corporation, hereinafter called the Mortgagee, to secure a
$440,000.00 purchase money indebtedness, said mQrtgage deed being'
recorded in O R Bcok 182, page 1,658 in St. Lucie County, Florida
Public Records; and
WHEREAS, the parties to said mortgage desire to change
certain terms and conditions thereof.

Therefore, for good and valuable consideration the Mort-
gagor and Mortgag~e hereby agree as follows:
1. Z'hat tHe partial release clause, being Exhi~ it 2 to
~ the aforesaid mortgage, be amended hy substituting the figgre
$300.U0 for the figure $280.00 as tne sum upon which a lot may be
