COUtiTY OF ST. LUCIE
BEFORE ME, the undersigned authority, personally appeared FRANK
FEE who, upon first being duly sworn, did depose and say that he has
bzen a resident of Fort Pierce, St. Lucie County, Florida, for more
than fifty~ (SO) years last past; that he was well acquainted with
the late E. F. Adams and knows said decedent to have been continuously
married to his surviving spouse, EDYTHE Z. ADAMS, from the earliest
recollection of affiant untii the death of Mr. Adams which occurred
April 28, 1951.
Affiant further says that throughout his personal acquaintance
with Mr. Adams, he was an employee of the U. S. Postal Department,
at Fort Pierce, Florida, and knows thzt the estate left by said
E. F. Adams upon his demise could not have been subject to either ~
State or Federal inheritance taxes.
~ This affidavit is made for the express purpose of showing the

title to St. Lucie County real property described as follows:
Lot 29 and the East half of _T~ot 30, PARKWAY P~.ACE, as
~ per plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 4 at page 7, of the
public records of St. Lucie County, Florida
~ to have inure~ to Edythe Z. Adams by operation of law upon the
~ demise of the said E. F. Adams.
