15, the East line of said parcel being the West line of
a 120'-wide drainage and access easement as shown on the
aforesaid Plat ot Florida Maid Citrus Groves, which said
excepted land contains 1.395 acres, more or less;
and also including all of mortgagor's right, title and interest in
and to the following described easements:
(11 That certain easement dated June 8, 1964, and recorded
in Official Records Book 91, at page 385, of the St. Lucie
County Pub1iC Records;
(2) That certain easement dated June 8, 1964, and recorded
in Official Records Book 91, commencing at page 389 of the
St. Lucie County Public Records;
and also including all of the mortgagor'G right, title and interest
in and to those certain rights granted and conferred by that agree-
ment dated June 8, 1964, and recorded in Officia~ Records Book 91,
at page 368 of the St. Lucie County, Florida, Public Records.
