I, RICHARD (DICK) STONE, Secretary of State of the State
of Florida, do hereby certify from the records of this office
that MID-AMERICA SPORTS, INC. , an Indiana corporation was
authorized to transact business within the State of Florida
on September 6, 1955, and continued as a corporation until
June 28, 1971, on which date a Proclamation was issued by
the Governor of the State of Florida dissolving said corpo~ation
for its failure to file in this office its annual corporation ~
reports and pay its corporation capital stock tax as required ~
by Law.
