Wherever used herein, the term "party~'shall
include the heirs, personal representatives,
successors and/or assigns of the respective
parties hereto; the use of the singular
number shail include the plural, and the
plural the singular; the use of any gender
shall include all genders.
THIS INDENTURE, Made this 31st day of July, A,D. 1971.
B~ETWEEN BILOT GROVES, INC., a corporation existing under
the laws of the State of Florida, having its principal place of
business in the County of St. Lucie and State of Florida party of
the first part, and MEALY W. REED and ERROL E. REED, JR., as tenants

of Marion and State of Florida, party of the second part,
WITNESSETH, that the said party of the first part, f~r
