is hereby acknowledged, we hereby relea3e the property hereinafter
described from a certain lien arising out of that certain contract _
dated February 20. 1959, by and between North Beach water Company~
a Florida corporation, and Navillus Development Corporati~n, a
Florida corporation, as recorded in Deed Book 24~. Page 596, and ~

re-recorded in Lien Book on September 27. 1960. and revised
Agreement recorded in Book 78 at Page 497. of the official
records of St, Lucie County. Florida, wherein North Beach Water
Company agreed to furnish water and perform other thinqs in con-
nection with the water installat~~n in the Subdivisi~r~ ef ~~ra1_
Cove Beach under certain terms and conditi~ns. Said property,

situated in St. Lucie County. Florida, is described as follows:
Lot 31, Block 4, Coral Cove Beach Subdivision as per plat thereof
recorded in Plat Book 11 at Pages 30A and 30B of the Public Records
of St. Lucie County. Florida.
